Step By Step
For a well-trained looter, the Disarm option is the gateway to a chest’s bounty. When
you select Disarm and a character to do the pilfering, you will see the Disarm box
below.

1. Click Inspect and hold the mouse button down. While you do, your thief looks
at the trap, checking its devices and their arrangement. Skill plays a part in
inspection, too. You will see the colored box change showing a reflection of your
thief’s skill:
GREEN & YELLOW: You will do as well as your skill level allows.
RED: You will set the trap off!
2. With Inspect still down, look at the contents of the device window. It helps to
write down what you see. Here’s what the symbols mean:
