Specially designed for raspberries and blackberries meeting the plants
needs for NPK and micronutrients. Raspberries Alive! will help the plant
thrive, ower profusely and increase the amount of berries produced. Since
raspberries and blackberries are long term plants, proper fertilizing increas-
es their performance. This formula contains mineral and trace elements that
are necessary for superb plant growth.
Directions:
Apply at 5 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. in early spring and again when fruit starts to
form. Broadcast evenly under canes and incorporate (scratch into soil) into
the top two inches of the soil. Be careful not to disturb roots. If roots are
too shallow, water the fertilizer into the soil thoroughly. For newly planted
raspberries and other cane fruits, apply ¼ cup per plant in the hole at plant-
ing time. Water into the soil thoroughly, then place shrub in hole. Scratch
an additional application when they ower or set fruit. If only fertilizing
one individual cane, follow the newly planted rate of ¼ cup per plant and
feed in early spring and again when fruit is setting.
