FLEXX-BOND™ Rubberized Coating and Adhesive is a premium liquid applied asphalt coating that has a blend of rub-
ber and reinforcing bers to provide a strong, exible, weathertight nish. Product has exceptional adhesion to roll roong, masonry
surfaces, and new asphalt rolls. Flexx-Bond™ is also a modied bitumen adhesive designed to bond sheets of SBS or standard
asphalt roll roong in cold process roong systems. The addition of rubber enhances performance to last longer, resist cracking and
provides increased waterproong protection. Product is black in color. For exterior use only.

WHAT IT DOES: As a Roof Coating, this product seals worn out roof surfaces and provides a tough exible waterproof seal. As a Roof Adhesive,
this product provides an excellent bond to existing and new SBS and standard asphalt roll roong membranes, and provides additional waterproong
protection. As a Foundation Sealant, this product is ideal for use on masonry, wood and metal surfaces to protect, preserve and damp-proof, below
grade surfaces. This multi-use product forms a tough rubberized seal for lasting protection.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB? Disposable brush and gloves.
PREP THE AREA: Surfaces must be clean, free of surface rust and loose material.
HOW TO APPLY: Use brush to spread across surface of roof. If using as an adhesive, allow product to set up 10-15 minutes before setting roll roong
membrane into wet adhesive.
HOW MUCH DO I NEED? Covers approximately 40-50 sq. ft. per gallon as a coating. As an adhesive covers 75-100 sq. ft. per gallon.
DO’s and DON’Ts: Do apply in exterior applications only. Do wear protective clothing. Do not use on EPDM, TPO, PVC or other rubber/synthetic
surfaces. Do not use on singly ply or synthetic roofs. If there is any question regarding compatibility, test a small section rst. DO NOT THIN. Do not
apply when heavy dew or rain is imminent.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply on a clear warm day with no rain expected for 24 hours. In colder weather (50 °F and below), product should be stored in
heated room (70 °F to 80 °F) at least 24 hours prior to application to promote ease of application. MIXING MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE PRODUCT
UNIFORMITY. DO NOT APPLY DIRECT HEAT/FLAMES OR THIN. Apply when surface temperatures are between 50 °F and 120 °F. Product formulated
to be used year round. Allow product to cure a minimum of 30 days prior to application of reective coating, if used as a roof coating.
PRECAUTIONS: Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of these products. When transporting this product, ensure that lid
is tight and pail secure and upright. Do not allow pail to tumble as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur. Do not transport on passenger seats
or inside the passenger compartment of any vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle, and secure over protective cloths to prevent damage
due to accidental spills. Do not store at temperatures above 100 °F. This manufacturer also disclaims liability for at surface application where poor
drainage or ponding water may prevail. Do not reuse empty containers. Do not use in drinking water or food systems. Keep from freezing.
HOW TO CLEAN-UP: Clean tools or spills with paint thinner or mineral spirits.

is guaranteed to form a protective repair to your roof, for a period of twelve (12) months from
the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable when this product is applied according to our directions, and used with reinforcing fabric. This
warranty does not cover at roofs, or poor drainage surfaces where ponding water exists. All surfaces must maintain a minimum slope of 1” per foot
(5°), to be eligible for warranty. If the repair does not perform as stated during the guarantee period, we will provide the original purchaser with original
sales receipt, the replacement product to repair the effected part of the roof. Failures due to acts of God, re, structural defects or causes beyond our
control are excluded from this guarantee. The manufacturer is not responsible for any labor, property or other consequential damages or costs incurred
in the original or any replacement application. Except as stated above, we make no warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, and none should
be inferred.
