®
S-10 Silicone+ Roof Patch & Repair is a heavy duty, white rubber sealant that provides the ulti-
mate waterproong protection from the elements. This product has exceptional adhesion and exibility and is compatible with most
building materials. Use to make repairs on damaged roof areas. In hot or cold climates, this waterproof seal will permanently stretch
to prevent cracking and peeling.

APPLICATION: All surfaces must be cleaned. Any moist or wet areas need to completely dry before applying repair, or it will peel.
Apply with trowel or stiff brush, and extend 1-2” beyond damaged area. Add universal reinforcing fabric into the repair for perma-
nent repairs and then cover with an additional layer of this sealant. Allow to dry 2 hours before being exposed to rain.
COVERAGE: This container will cover approximately 3 sq/ft.
CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with mineral spirits.
PRECAUTIONS: For exterior use only. Protect building inlets from product vapors or fumes. DO NOT allow product to freeze. Pro-
tective clothing, gloves and eyewear should be used during application of these products. When transporting this product, ensure
that lid is tight and pail secure and upright. DO NOT allow pail to tumble as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur. Do
not transport on passenger seats or inside the passenger compartment of any vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle,
and secure over protective cloths to prevent damage due to accidental spills. For longest life, store in controlled environment,
45°F-80°F. DO NOT store in direct sunlight. DO NOT store at temperatures above 99°F. Close container after use. DO NOT reuse
empty containers. Do not thin. Ponding water creates excessive weight on roofs and may compromise structural integrity leading to
a potential collapse hazard. Always follow the National Roong Contractors Association guidelines to remove ponding water from
roof surfaces.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER: When used in the Eterna-Kote
®
system, it is guaranteed to form a protective coating to your
roof for a period of 50 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only applicable when this product is applied to a
sound roof according to our directions. If the coating does not perform as stated during the guarantee period, we will provide, with
sales receipt, the original purchaser with replacement coating to repair the affected part of the roof. Failures due to acts of God, re,
structural defects or causes beyond our control are excluded from this guarantee. Gardner-Gibson, Inc is not responsible for any
labor, property or other consequential damages or costs incurred in the original or any replacement application. Except as stated
above, we make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, and none should be inferred.
