Roof Sealant is a white rubber sealant that provides the ultimate waterproofng protection from the
elements. This product has exceptional adhesion and exibility and is compatible with most building materials. Ideal for roof repairs,
or on new installations of skylights, windows, doors or vents. In hot or cold climates, this waterproof seal will permanently stretch
to prevent cracking and peeling. Cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant.

PREPARATION: Surfaces must be clean and dry.
APPLICATION: Surface and air temperatures must be between 33 °F and 99 °F. Make sure any dew or moist areas have completely
dried before applying. Apply sealant to fully cover cracks and damaged areas. For cracks over 1/2” embed a layer of Universal Re-
pair Fabric into the repair areas. Allow to cure 1-2 hours before top coating. DO NOT apply if heavy dew or rain is expected within
2 hours.
COVERAGE: 55 linear ft. at a 3/16”.
CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with mineral spirits.
SHELF LIFE: Use within 12 months of purchase.
PRECAUTIONS: For exterior use only. Protect building inlets from product vapors or fumes. DO NOT allow product to freeze. Pro-
tective clothing, gloves and eyewear should be used during application of these products. When transporting this product, ensure
that plug is tight and tube secure and upright. Do not allow to tumble as this may cause a spill. Do not transport on passenger seats
or inside the passenger compartment of any vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle, and secure with protective cloths
to prevent damage due to accidental spills. For longest life, store in controlled environment, 45°F to 80°F. DO NOT store in direct
sunlight. DO NOT store at temperatures above 99 °F. Close container after use. DO NOT reuse empty containers. Do not thin.

®
system, it is guaranteed to form a protective seal to your roof for
a period of fty (50) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only applicable when this product is applied as part of
the system to a sound roof according to our directions. If the sealant does not perform as stated during the guarantee period, we
will provide, with sales receipt, the original purchaser with replacement product to repair the affected part of the roof. Failures due
to acts of God, re, structural defects or causes beyond our control are excluded from this guarantee. Gardner-Gibson, Inc. is not
responsible for any labor, property or other consequential damages or costs incurred in the original or any replacement application.
