WHAT IS IT? Gardner PRO-SEAL™ Premium Roof Cement is a high performance
p
roduct that is designed for use in new construction or roof repairs. This versatile prod-
u
ct can be used on vertical surfaces, without sagging. This formulation is thicker and
heavier than typical roof cements, and lasts 50% longer. Great for use in new construc-
t
ion, or to make repairs in wet or dry conditions.

DO's and DON'Ts: Do apply in exterior applications only. Do wear protective clothing.
Don't apply to plastic, EPDM, Hypalon or similar type of synthetic rubber roof system. If
there is a question on compatibility, test a small section first before application to entire
surface area. DO NOT THIN. Do not apply when heavy dew or rain is imminent.

It is highly recommended to reinf
orce the repair with a strip of
reinforcing fabric. Work material to an even consistency over and into the area to be
repaired approximately 1/8" to 1/2" thick, two or three inches beyond the problem area.
Embed fabric into the cement and cover with a second layer of cement. Form a feath-
ered edge with cement where chimney's
, vent pipes
, and other projections meet the
roof line.
DO NOT APPLY TO DIRECT HEAT/FLAMES OR THIN. Apply when surface
temper
atures are between 50° and 120°F. In colder weather (50°F and below), product
should be stored in heated room (70
° to 80°F.) at least 24 hours prior to application to
promote ease of application.
In temperatures above 120°F, material may become more
fluid. Product formulated to be used year round. Allow product to cure a minimum of 30-
60 days prior to application of reflective coating.
PRECAUTIONS: Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of
these products. When transporting this product, ensure that lid is tight and pail secure
and upr
ight.
Do not allo

le as this will cause lid to loosen and leakage to
occur. Do not transport on passenger seats or inside the passenger compartment of any
vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle, and secure over protective cloths to
prevent damage due to accidental spills. Do not store at temperatures above 100°F. This
manufacturer also disclaims liability for flat surface application where poor drainage or
ponding water may prevail. Do not reuse empty containers. Close container when not in
use

HOW TO CLEAN-UP: Clean tools or spills with mineral spirits or paint thinner.

your roof, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is only
applicable when this product is applied according to our directions, and used with reinforcing

exists. All surfaces must maintain a minimum slope of 1" per foot (5°), to be eligible for war-
