GARDNER MAX 10 creates a new

, jet black finish for old worn pavement. It fills small

cracks for an even finish, and this unique rubberized urethane formula gives maximum

protection against damaging sun and rain. Gardner’s trademark Gel formula virtually

eliminates stirring, and new Fast Dry Technology allows you to use your driveway in as

ittle as one hour!

ore sealing, surface and air must be at least 65°F and rising, but

below 90°F. Do not apply patch or sealer if rain or colder temperatures are expected

within 36 hours. Do not use on surfaces with greater than 20° slope.

Stir in any water that has separated inside the pail. Pour out 1/4 of the

container across b

lacktop and spread product with brush or squeegee, the entire coat

going in the same direction, from the highest end of the dr

ive to the lowest. Complete

each coat in one continuous wet application to prevent uneven color or sheen, working

in small areas at a time and moving across the surface. Do not allow to puddle.

SECOND COAT: After the first coat is fully dry, apply a second thin coat in the opposite

direction. This second coat ensures voids are filled & sealed, and deters uneven cover-

age, tracking and drying problems. When using more than one pail, blend sealers

together for the best finish consistency.

HOW MUCH TO APPLY: For driveways in average condition, apply 350 sq. ft. per 5 gal-

lon pail in two thin coats. Coverage varies based the surface condition and texture.

DRY TIME (based on 75°F, clear sunny skies, and humidity < 35%): For foot traffic,

allow 1-2 hours after application. For vehicle traffic, allow 24-48 hours. Temperature,

wind, sunlight, applied thickness, and humidity affect dry time.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not thin, mix or blend this product with any other product. Use pro-

tective clothing and eyewear when using these products, to avoid skin irritation. When
