Your device memory contains
important system les that should not
be deleted.
After you have connected the device
to your computer, you can manually
delete les.
1. Open the Garmin drive or volume.
2. Select the le.
3. Press the Delete key on your
keyboard.

When you are nished managing your
les, you can disconnect the USB
cable.
1. Complete an action:
• For Windows computers, click
the eject icon in your
system tray.
• For Mac computers, drag the
volume icon to the Trash .
2. Unplug the device from your
computer.
