Using the Main Pages
When you are using a prole and you
change settings such as data elds, units
of measurement, or position settings,
they are saved automatically as part of
the prole you are using.
For more information about customizing
your prole, see page 30.
From the main menu, select
.
Your current prole is indicated on
the page.
Select a prole.
From the main menu, select
> .
Walk around the perimeter of the
area you want to calculate.
Select when nished.
After you calculate the area, you can
save the track to your device and change
the unit of measure.
The satellite page shows your current
location, GPS accuracy, satellite
locations, and signal strength.
From the satellite page, press .
• —allows you to
turn the GPS on and off.
• —indicates whether
satellites are shown with rings
oriented with North toward the top
of the screen or oriented with your
current track toward the top of the
screen.
• —allows you to
select whether the satellite page is
displayed in multicolor or single color.
• —allows you
to mark your current location on the
