Using the Main Pages

When you are using a prole and you
change settings such as data elds, units
of measurement, or position settings,
they are saved automatically as part of
the prole you are using.
For more information about customizing
your prole, see page 30.


From the main menu, select 
.
Your current prole is indicated on
the page.

Select a prole.



From the main menu, select 
 > .

Walk around the perimeter of the
area you want to calculate.

Select  when nished.
After you calculate the area, you can
save the track to your device and change
the unit of measure.

The satellite page shows your current
location, GPS accuracy, satellite
locations, and signal strength.

From the satellite page, press .
• —allows you to
turn the GPS on and off.
• —indicates whether
satellites are shown with rings
oriented with North toward the top
of the screen or oriented with your
current track toward the top of the
screen.
• —allows you to
select whether the satellite page is
displayed in multicolor or single color.
• —allows you
to mark your current location on the
