Viewing Notications
• When a notication appears on your Forerun-
ner device, select
to view the notication.
• Select
to clear the notication.
• From the time of day screen, select
to view
all of your notications on the notications
widget.
Managing Notications
You can use your compatible smartphone
to manage notications that appear on your
Forerunner device.
Select an option:
• If you are using an Apple
®
device, use the no-
tication center settings on your smartphone
to select the items to show on the device.
• If you are using an Android™ device, use the
app settings in the Garmin Connect Mobile
app to select the items to show on the device.
Playing Audio Alerts During Your Run
Before you can set up audio alerts, you must
have a smartphone with the Garmin Connect
Mobile app paired to your Forerunner device.
You can set the Garmin Connect Mobile app
to play motivational status announcements on
your smartphone during the run.
