Always consult your physician before you begin or modify any exercise program. Turning On and Setting Up the Device Before you can use your device, you must plug it into a power source to turn it on.

Recording an Activity with Connected GPS You can connect the device to your smartphone to record GPS data for your walk or run activity. 1 Hold the touchscreen to view the menu.

Cleaning the Device NOTICE Even small amounts of sweat or moisture can cause corrosion of the electrical contacts when connected to a charger.
