Limited Warranty:
While Garvin products are carefully inspected, it is not always possible to detect all
imperfections. Garvin products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a
period of one year from the date of invoice to the original purchaser. Liability in all events is
limited to the purchase price paid and all liability under the aforesaid warranty is limited at
Garvin’s option to either refund the purchase price paid, or repair or replace any product Garvin
determines to have been defective in material or workmanship at the time of delivery to the
original purchaser.
There are no implied warranties that the products are merchantable or fit for particular purpose
and any such warranties are specifically disclaimed, and limited warranty contained in the
preceding paragraphs is the sole warranty offered by Garvin.
Garvin has made a diligent effort to illustrate and to accurately describe the products however;
such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of the identification. Products may not
always totally conform to the illustration or descriptions. Garvin is not responsible for the
improper selection, installation, alteration or misuse of any of its products. Products sold by
Garvin but manufactured by others are not warranted by Garvin and any purchase is limited to
only the warranties offered by the actual manufacturers of the product.
No warranty of affirmation of fact, expressed or implied, other than the aforesaid is made or
authorized by Garvin. Under no circumstances shall Garvin be liable for incidental or
consequential losses or damages of any kind.
