Method
1.SelectCLASSICsettinganddialup6onthebrowningcontroldial.Preheatuntilorange
lightashesupandthewordsHEATINGdisappear.
2.Whisktogethertheeggs,milk,butterandvanillainajugandsetaside.
3. Combineourandsugarinalargebowl,makeawellinthecentreandwhiskinmilk
mixturetoformasmoothbatter.
4.Usingwafedosingcup,pourjustunder½cupofbatterintoeachwafesquare.Sprinkle
1–2teaspoonsofbrownsugarovereachwafesquareandtopwith4slicesofbanana.
Closelidandcookuntiltimerhasnishedandreadybeephassounded3times.Repeatwith
remainingbatter,bananaandsugar.
5. Tomakecaramelsauce,combinecream,butterandbrownsugarintoasmallsaucepan.
Stirovermediumheatandbringtotheboil,reducetolowandsimmerfor2–3minutesor
untilthickened.
6.Toserve,topwafeswithicecreamandtoastedpecans;drizzleovercaramelsauce.
