How to Measure a Gatehouse Security Door.

The mounting rails sit on the outside of the home and mount directly into the face of the exterior

surface. When ordering, provide the opening sizes. The finished product width, including hinge and

latch rails, is 2.75-in. larger than the door opening. The total finished product height, including the

top rail, is 1.5-in. larger than the door opening.

MEASURING

Measure top, center and bottom width (A-B-C), and height (D). If the

measurements vary, use the smallest measurement.
