What the Warranty Covers:
Americana Building Products (Americana) warrants its products to the original consumer that have been installed in
accordance with Installation Guidelines and under normal use and service (Products), as follows:
• 10 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Period of Coverage:
The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.
What We (Americana Building Products, Inc) will do to correct problems:
This warranty is limited to replacement of any Product that is returned to Americana and is reasonably determined
by Americana to be defective. The replacement of a defective Product under this warranty will be made by Americana
without charge. This excludes shippinsg or delivery charges to and from Americana’s place of business (FOB Americana
plant at Salem, Illinois). If the Product has been discontinued, Americana may replace the Product with a new Product of
comparable value and function. The original warranty terms and duration will remain in effect as applied to the replace-
ment Product for the remaining original warranty period. Americana also reserves the right to refund the purchase price as
its exclusive warranty remedy.
All warranty claims shall be settled between the consumer and Americana. If any corrective work or part replace-
ment is performed on the Product by anyone other than by Americana, such action shall void the customer’s coverage
under this warranty.
Americana’s liability shall not cover the installation, repair, or removal of any Products covered under this warranty.
The liability of Americana under this warranty shall in no event exceed the customer’s original purchase price – including
taxes – for the Product.
Americana does not hereby undertake to replace non-defective products. At Americana’s sole discretion, only those
parts or portions of products that is/are allegedly defective may be replaced. Because of normal aging and weathering of
materials, it may not be possible to perfectly match the colors of the replacement parts to the original product.
Americana reserves the right to discontinue or make changes in any of its Products.
What the warranty excludes:
This warranty does not cover corrosion of steel components or the fading or exposure abrasion on the surface of
vinyl components.
The warranty additionally does not cover damage caused by: insects, animals or rodents, use of force, incorrect
handling or installation, inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, accidents, impact from foreign objects, vandalism, pollutants,

Keep ramp clean by rinsing every month or so with a garden hose.
Regularly check fasteners and tighten as needed.
Removal of handles is recommended after installation. Keep for future adjustments.
Remove any standing snow or ice.
