Disconnecting your player
To disconnect your player:
1 Click the remove hardware icon on the Windows task bar. The Safely Remove Hardware
dialog box opens.
2 Click USB Mass Storage Device, then click Stop. The Stop a Hardware device dialog box
opens.
3 Click Gateway DMP Player USB Device, then click OK.
4 Click Close.
5 Unplug your player.
