18. Liners
18.1 There are several lining options available:
Black Reeded
Vermiculite
Brick Effect
Ledgestone
Black Glass
The Bafe must be removed before the Liners can be taken
out of the appliance, see Section 17.
Remove the Logs and Burners, see Section 4.
Once the Bafe has been removed the Liners can then be
taken out.
IMPORTANT: IF THE APPLIANCE IS FITTED
WITH BLACK GLASS LINERS THE BACK PANEL
IS ONE PIECE. THE SIDE PANELS ARE ALSO
SPECIFIC FOR LEFT AND RIGHT - MAKE A NOTE
WHEN REMOVING AND REPLACE IN THE SAME
ORIENTATION.
18.2 To remove the side liners:
Tilt towards the centre of the rebox.
Lift up and pull out of position, see Diagram 40.

18.3 The rear Liner(s) is held in place by a bracket at the top of
rebox, see Diagram 41.

Remove the 2 screws to release the Bracket and the Liners,
see Diagram 41.
Support the Liner(s) to prevent falling into the rebox.
18.4 Lean the top of the panel(s) forward, lift and twist slightly to
allow removal through the front of the appliance.
18.5 To replace the Liners and Bafe reverse these procedures.
Ensure no amber glass or black shale has fallen onto the
Liner Support Brackets.
19. Replacing the Power Cable
BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY WORK SWITCH OFF THE
APPLIANCE AND ISOLATE THE POWER SUPPLY
ENSURING THERE IS NO POWER TO THE APPLIANCE.
To replace the Power Cable first remove the Main Control
Assembly, see Section 4.
19.1 Disconnect the 3 cables from the Power Module, See
Diagram 42, arrow A.
NOTE THE CONFIGURATION OF THE WIRES.

19.2 Remove the nuts from the Earth stud and remove the two
Ring Terminals, see Diagram 42, arrow B.
19.3 Remove the 2 screws securing the Power Cable Plate to
the rear of the rebox, see Diagram 43.

19.4 Withdraw the old cable.
19.5 Fit the new cable in reverse order ensuring it is rewired in
the correct conguration shown in Diagram 42.
