Inital App Setup For MyFire App setup, you will need your Wi-Fi Network SSID and password. Videos and detailed support can be found at www.myfireapp.com 1. Download the right App for your platform: 1a. For Apple products search for ‘MyFire’ in the Apple App store. 1b. For Android products search for ‘MyFire’ in the Google Play store. 2. Touch anywhere on the Welcome screen or wait a few seconds to start the app set up.
Inital App Setup Note: You must register before logging in. If you have already registered go to login (3g Page 5). Registration is only required once. 3. Registration 3a. Choose Language, Temperature Scale and Time Format 3b. Touch the ‘Register’ button. 3c. Privacy Policy: Choose Language. Or Fill in your data. Choose ºC or ºF. Fill out Login section, go to step 3g. Create a password at least 8 character in length. Choose 12 or 24 hour clock. Confirm password. Touch ‘Next’ button.
Inital App Setup 3. Registration continued... 3d. Touch ‘OK’ in pop-up. 3e. Touch the link in the confirmation email for verification. 3g. Login 3f. You will be shown a verification message that you have successfully registered the MyFire app. Auto fill/ type in email and type in password. Read and accept the terms and conditions. Touch the ‘Login’ button.
Inital App Setup Note: If connecting a new or additional Smart Device to the MyFire Wi-Fi box or reinstalling the MyFire app, see Additional Setup, Section 1, page 9. 4. Connect Smart Device to MyFire Wi-Fi box via ‘Kwik Connect’ 4a. Touch the + icon to connect to a new Wi-Fi Box. 4b. Enter your Wi-Fi password and touch ‘Connect’. 5. Connecting Process When the connection is established the MyFire Wi-Fi box leaves the Access Point Mode (Hot Spot) and is connected to your Wi-Fi router.
Inital App Setup Note: If connecting a new or additional Smart Device to the MyFire Wi-Fi box or reinstalling the MyFire app, see Additional Setup, Section 1, page 9. 6. Connect Smart Device to MyFire Wi-Fi if ‘Kwik Connect’ is unavailable 6a. If ‘Kwik Connect’ is unavailable, check the Wi-Fi box LED, if red, reset the Wi-Fi box. Touch the ‘Retry’ icon to try again, or, touch the ‘Standard’ icon to connect normally. 6b. Touch the + icon to connect to a new Wi-Fi Box. 6d.
Inital App Setup 7. Connect MyFire Wi-Fi box to router: 8. Connect Smart Device to Wi-Fi router: In the device WI-Fi settings connect Smart Device to your home Wi-Fi router. Reopen the MyFire app and touch ‘OK’ if correct. Reopen the MyFire app and touch ‘OK’ if correct. Fill in the following data: Select an individual name for your fire. Type in the SSID of your Wi-Fi router. Type in the password of your Wi-Fi router. Touch ‘Connect’ button. 9.
Inital App Setup 10. Confirm appliance Settings Fireplace name - previously selected in Section 5. Select Fireplace name - previously selected in Section 5. (This can be changed if desired) OR Select an icon to symbolise the location of the appliance. Select the Light & Aux connected functions only. Touch the circle to activate the corresponding function. Note: Gazco appliances do not have a fan function, therefore it is not necessary to select this circle.
Additional Setup 1. Connecting a new or additional Smart Device to MyFire Wi-Fi box or reinstalling the MyFire app: 10 2. Connecting the MyFire Wi-Fi box to a new router: Ensure the Smart Device is connected to your home Wi-Fi router. If the router has been replaced it will be necessary to reset the MyFire box: Install the MyFire app, see Initial App Setup, Sections 1 - 3. Ensure that the new router has been setup.

Congratulations - The MyFire app is ready to go and the home screen is displayed Name of appliance in use or Symbol (if set up in settings) Time Temperature Home Signal Strength This may vary depending on device Battery Status Appliance ON/OFF Main Functions Menu - Touch the tab to access the menu. Scroll up or down to access the options.
User Instructions 2. Switching the appliance ON\ OFF Note: To return to the Home Screen at any point touch the Home Icon. From the Home Screen, swipe the ‘Appliance ON\OFF switch to the right to access the ON\Off control screen. The icon, or name, in the centre of the circle indicates the active appliance. (If multiple appliances have been set up touch the required icon) 2a. Turning the appliance ON 2b. Turning the appliance OFF Touch the top Green section ‘Start’ to light the appliance.
User Instructions 3. Manual Mode Select the Manual Mode symbol from the menu on the left hand side (press tab to reveal) or the short cut on the right hand side. In manual mode it is possible to switch from Lo flame to Hi flame, Standby and adjust the temperature by scrolling on the dial. 4. Thermostatic Mode Set the room temperature so the thermostat automatically maintains that temperature.
User Instructions 6. Program Mode Each of 8 programs can be set to go ON and OFF at specific times at set temperatures. Select the Program Mode symbol from the menu on the left hand side (press tab to reveal) or the short cut on the right hand side. Note: The location of the menu and icons may vary depending on the control device used. 1. Ensure that the appliance is switched on. 2. Select Program Mode from the left sidebar. 3.
User Instructions 8. Light/Dimmer Light adjusts from 20% to 100% Select the Dimmer symbol from the menu on the left hand side (press tab to reveal) or the short cut on the right hand side. 1. Select light from the left or right/bottom sidebars. 2. Touch power button to turn light ON. Light turns on at preset level. 3. Slide circle from bottom to top to adjust light from 20% to 100%. 4. Touch light icon or power button again and the light turns off. NOTE: Light works with the fire ON or OFF.
User Instructions 10. Profiles Save individual fireplace settings in up to 4 different profiles. Select the Profile symbol from the menu on the left hand side. 1. Select Profile from the left sidebar. 2. Select 1 of the 4 programs. NOTE: Selecting a profile for the first time saves current fireplace settings to that profile. 3. Change a setting and a pop-up asks if you want to save the change to that profile. 4. Exit profile by changing a profile setting, and not saving change in pop-up. 11.
