Description
It performs a logical not-operation of the data read by input port a.
This block treats values read by input port a as boolean variable, so that:
l value equal zero FALSE (0)
.
value different from zero TRUE (!=O)
As the value shown in output port o is a boolean value, it will be 0 or 1.
