High puts radio in normal payload mode to receive or
transmit data at the programmed rate
Low puts radio in setup mode to communicate with the
processor at 38.4 kbps asynchronously
12 OUT RSSI—Receive Signal Strength Indicator
Analog voltage between 0 and 3 Vdc proportional to
signal strength on the channel
