Trouble Shooting
No power / Blank screen
Use this diagram to troubleshoot
an apparent loss or blank screen:
Is the vehicle’s battery connected and fully
charged?
Are all the connectors plugged into the IVU
and display?
Is the power LED green on the
IVU?
Is the power LED blue on the
IVU?
Yes
No
Is the cable between the IVU and display in good
condition (no cuts or breaks)?
Switch the vehicle ignition to the “On”
position. Does the power LED turn green?
Is the power LED on the IVU on? Has the fuse blown?
Connect and
retest
No
Yes
Replace and
retest. If fuse
blows again

representative to
inspect

Connect/charge
and retest
