Use of AluminumFoil
You can use aluminumfoilto lineyourbroilerpanandbroilerrack.However,
youmustmoldthefoiltightlyto therackandcutslitsin itjust liketherack.
Withouttheslits,thefoilwillpreventfat andmeatjuicesfromdrainingintothe
broilerpan.Thejuicescouldbecomehotenoughto catchon fire.If you do not
cuttheslits,youarefrying,notbroiling.
