use conditions. Some commerially-available fixtures are sold with pre-installed ballasts. The fixture list below represents an effort to evaluate the compatibility
of GE LED Tubes with some of these fixtures. While each ballast or fixture model listed has undergone testing, some may have undergone revisions that may
change operating parameters and impact lamp performance. Applications and conditions of use are many and varied and beyond GE’s control, so purchasers
and users should make their own determinations as to the suitability of a lamp-ballast or lamp-fixture combination for their own particular application and
use. Performance may vary due to the wide variety of ballasts and fixtures available. Compatibility may also extend to ballasts and fixtures beyond this list, so
performing an on-site test before installation is recommended. Contact a GE sales representative if the ballast or fixture to be used to operate the lamp is not
