Replacement Procedures

1. Power down the Ultrasound system.

2. Disconnect the Mains Power Cable from the wall outlet.

3. Disconnect all probes and external I/O cabling.

4. Remove two screws, fixing the Rear Lid (clear plastic).

5. Remove the Rear Lid.

6. Remove the Bulkhead Cover.

Remove the Speaker Assembly

Follow this procedure to remove the Speaker Assembly

1. Disconnect the Speaker Cable from the Bulkhead board.

2. Unscrew and remove the three fixing screws for the Speaker

Assembly.

3. Remove the Speaker Assembly.

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for the other Speaker assembly, if

necessary.

Install the Speaker Assembly

Follow this procedure to install the Speaker Assembly

1. Position the Speaker Assembly and install the three fixing

screws.

2. Connect the Speaker Cable to the Bulkhead board.

3. Repeat steps 1 - 2 for the other Speaker Assembly, if

necessary.

4. Install the Bulkhead Cover.

5. Install the Rear Lid and fasten its fixing screws.

6. Connect the external IO cabling and probes you

disconnected earlier.
