Adjwtment -
Repeatedopeningsand closings
can cause the ovendoor to work
itselfout of adjustment, Oneside
may close higher than the other,
and the door may not sealproperly.
To adjust
the heightofthe door:
1. Removethe door (see page 18).

2. With a thin-bladed screwdriver,
turn the screw in the openingat
the top ofeach door hinge. Turn
clockwisetolower,counterclockwise
to raise each side of the door.
3. Replace the door, close it, and
check alignment and door seal.

Air Adjustment shutters
Air adjustmentshuttersforthe
broil and ovenburners regulatethe
flowof air to the flame.
The air adjustment shutterfor the
top broil) burner is in the upper
righ~-handcorner near the rear wall
of the oven.
To adjustthe flowof air to either
burner,loosen thePhillipshead
screwand rotatethe shutterto
allowmore or lessair intothe
burner tube as needed.
The flame for the top @roil)
burner should be steady with
approximately l-inch blue cones
and should not extendout overthe
baffle edges.
The shutter for the bottom (oven)
To determine ;f the bottom (oven)
burner is near the back wallof the
burner flame is proper, remove
ovenbehind the storagedrawer or
the ovenbottom (see page 18)and
panel under the oven.

have 1/2”to 3/4”blue cones with no
yellow tipping. When the baffle is
back in place, the flame will resettle.
Visuallycheck the color of the
flames every six months. If they
look like illustration (A) on page
25, call for service.
