Tile convection tim circulates tile heated

Meat and poultry are browned on all
sides as if they were cooked on a
rotisserie. Using tile roasting rack
provided, heated air will be circulated
ovei; under and around tile food being
roasted. Tile heated air seals in juices
quickly fin" a moist and tender product
wlfile, at the same time, creating a rich
golden bix)wn exterioi:

rack. The rack holds the meat. The rack

How to Set the Oven for Convection Baking or Roasting

convection baking. Tiffs mode is
