Offset Rack The racks have stops so that when placed correctly on the supports they will stop before coming completely out and will not tilt. To Remove a Rack Pull it toward you, tilt the front end up and pull it out.

Convection Roast Slow Cook Hi/Lo The Convection Roast mode is intended for roasting whole cuts of meat on a single rack. Check food earlier than the recipe suggested time when using this mode or use a meat probe. To use this mode touch the Convection Roast pad, enter a temperature, and then touch Start.
