of this or any other appliance.
If your freezer has an automatic icemaker,
avoid contact with the moving parts of the
ejector mechanism, or with the heating
e]emem located on the bottom of the
icemaker. Do not place fingers o57hands on
the automatic icemaking mechanism while
the refiigerator/ffeezer is plugged in.
Unplug your refrlgerator/freezer before
cleaning and making repairs. NOTE: We
strongly recommend that any servicing be
performed by a qua]ified individua].
Before replacing a burned-out light bulb,
the refiigerator/ti eezer shouM be
unplugged in order to avoid contact with a
live wire filament. (A burned-out light bulb
may break when being replaced.) NOTE:
Tmning control to OFF does not remove
power to the light ciro_iu
Do not refreeze frozen foods which have
thawed completely.

Before You Throw Away Your Old
Refrlgerator/Freezer or Freezer:
• Take offthe doors.
° Leave the shebes in pk_ce so that (:hikken

CFC DISPOSAL
Your old retiigerator/tieezer has a cooling
system that used CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons).
CFCs are believed to harm stratospheric ozone.
If you are throwing away your old
retiigerator/fleezer, make sure the (FC
retiigerant is removed tor proper disposal by
a qualified se_-icer. If you intentionally release
this CFC retiigerant you can be subject to
fines and imprisonment under provisions of
environmental legislation.
