What can ProControl do? Connect the AC power adapter to your ProControl and charge your iPod when it is docked. ProControl allows you to connect your iPod to your home Stereo or speakers using the audio cables provided. Navigate and control your iPod from a distance using your remote control. View your photos on the TV using the AV cable provided (iPods with a colour screen only). View your videos on the TV using the AV cable provided (iPods with video capability).
Setting up the ProControl First, plug the AC adapter into the back of the ProControl Place your iPod with the appropriate adapter into the ProControl Turn on the ProControl using the infra red remote When it is on, the ProControl will display a blue light at the front. A white light means that the unit is on standby. To sync your iPod with the computer simply connect a USB cable* to your ProControl and then the computer.
The IR remote control The remote is perfect for when you wish to connect your iPod to the home stereo, TV or just a set of speakers.
Replacing the remote control battery Battery type: 3V, type CR2032 or equivalent To remove the battery simply remove the battery cover and pop it out. Make sure the positive side faces up. Caution: There is a risk of explosion if the wrong type of battery is used. Please dispose of batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines.
