Connecting and Operating the DVI Detective How to Connect the DVI Detective 1- Power on your display, and connect your display to the DVI Out on the DVI Detective. 2- Plug the 5v power supply into the DVI Detective, once the LED stops blinking the DVI Detective has finished reading the EDID of the display. After programming you will not need to use the power supply again. 3- You can connect the DVI In into your computer with DVI cable, and connect your DVI or ADC Switcher to the DVI Detective DVI Out.
