Allows the rendering latency to be changed.
Rendering Latency
250 ms
500 ms
1000 ms (1 sec)
1500 ms (1.5 sec)
The rendering latency can be reduced to 60 ms when events are received by
checking the check box.

Calibrates the Digital Signage Creator for use with a touchscreen display.
