4. Type the command:

arp -a

5. Press the Return key.

A list of known network names, IP addresses, and MAC addresses will be dis-

played in the terminal window.

The network name is listed in the ﬁ rst column. The IP address is listed in the

second column and the MAC address is listed in the third column:

Network Name IP Address MAC Address (serial number)

asterix.spinetix.local 192.168.0.1 0:18:f3:4a:f9:4d

lpcolor.spinetix.local 192.168.0.126 0:0:48:ba:e7:0

6. In the terminal window, ﬁ nd the Ethernet MAC address that matches the

serial number located on the bottom of the Digital Signage Creator. For ex-

ample, a MAC address of 0:1c:91:0:0:6e represents the serial number

01c91006e.
