Using Syner-G™
Setting the EDID Mode
1. Click the Manage a Product button and select the connected product from the
drop-down list.
2. Click the Manage EDID tab.
3. Information about the currently selected device will be displayed in the Version Info
eld.
4. Click the desired mode under the EDID Mode section.
EDID Description
Internal - UHD 600 4K 2CH 4K Ultra HD with 2-channel audio
Internal - UHD 600 4K MULTICH 4K Ultra HD with multichannel audio
Custom - UHD 300 4K 2CH 4K Ultra HD 4:2:0 with 2-channel audio
Custom - UHD 300 4K MULTICH 4K Ultra HD 4:2:0 with multichannel audio
Custom - 1080P 2CH 1080p with 2-channel audio
Custom - 1080P MULTICH 1080p with multichannel audio
Custom - USER Uses a custom EDID
External Uses EDID of downstream sink

600 MHz EDID settings (e.g. UHD 600) provide HDR support.
