STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Introduction Thank you for choosing our ShockForce™ Racing Wheel. This manual will help you to install your steering wheel and to get it ready for action. The ShockForce™ Racing Wheel is compatible with all kinds of racing game software and hardware: Sony PlayStation2™, Nintendo GameCube, XBOX consoles and PC. The Racing Wheel has a built-in dual vibration ShockForce™ motor.

STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Connecting your Racing Wheel 1. Connect the steering wheel with the foot pedal unit. 2. Connect racing wheel to Game console or PC. When you choose single player, please connect racing wheel to the first game port. Installation (only on PC) For Windows 98 / Me: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Special Functional Buttons KeyMap Function Button Programming (not available in NEGCON mode) Program source button: ○/1, ○/ 2, X/ 3, ○/ 4, R1/ 6, R2/ 8, L1/ 5, L2/ 7 Programmed button: gas pedal, brake pedal, Gear lever (L2, R2) Program setup • • • Press SELECT/9 and START/10 at the same time. Hold for 3 seconds until Program LED turns green Press the programmed button and Program LED starts blinking. Press program source button. Program LED is off. Button is now programmed.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Clear all programs • • Press SELECT/9 and START/10 at the same time. Hold for 3 second and Program LED turns green. Release the button. Press START/9 and hold for 4 seconds. Program LED is off. All programmed buttons are cleared. Default is restored. Note: All the settings will be cleared when the wheel power is cut off. Wheel sensitivity adjustment (3 levels) • • • • Press SELECT/9 and START/10 at the same time. Hold for 3 seconds until Program LED turns green. Press SELECT/9 again.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Pedals function analogue in Digital Mode • • The lower the pedal is pressed, the larger the value varies Pressing the foot pedal will increase the LED blinking frequency. Mode Button Function (PS2 only) Cycle Mode Setup • Digital (Mode LED OFF) • Analog (Mode LED turns red) • Negcon (Mode LED blinks) When a specific mode is preselected as the only active mode on the console, the Mode button will be inactive. The Mode LED then indicates the current active mode.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M XBOX Platform • • • Power on the XBOX console. Insert XBOX plug into the console port Follow the on-screen prompts to operate PC Platform • • Start windows.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M P: The motors do not vibrate in PC racing games (e.g. NFS 5). S: Quit the game and restart it. Do not insert or pull the wheel cable during gaming. If the problem still exists, please restart your PC.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Troubleshooting Problem description The Steering Wheel does not work after the installation The driver cannot be installed or does not work after installation During gaming, some analog axes do not work or operate erratically There is no vibration Proposed solution a). Check connection with the PC USB port b). Go to Control panel → System → Hardware tab → Device manager.
STR-SHOCKFORCE-M Problem description No driver is found after the steering wheel is connected to the USB port When starting a game, the right motor keeps vibrating When starting a game, the vibration gets weaker Proposed solution Most probably caused by problems during installation or software conflicts with some other existing drivers.

STR-SHOCKFORCE-M WARRANTY CONDITIONS The warranty period is 36 months and begins with the sale to the end user. The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense.
