Rotating Airblown Inflatable
Assembly Instructions
STEP 1: MAIN BASE
• Place main base in desired display location and unfold the legs. Pull up the four corners
on the main base and lock them into position.
Illustration 1: Thread main base power cord plug down through center of the main base.
• Plug main base power cord into power source.
• Make sure the switch on the top of the main base is in the OFF position
(ON position has red light).
STEP 2: SPIRAL GROUND STAKES
• Secure the main base to the ground using the spiral ground stakes. See Illustration 2.
Twist each stake through the legs of the main base and into the ground.
STEP 3: TETHER POLES
Illustration 3: Assemble tether poles. Insert each tether pole into a corner of the main base,
with loop end outward.
STEP 4: AIRBLOWN
®
INFLATABLE
Illustration 4: Ensure the four clips on the bottom of the fabric of the inflatable are
attached to the plastic legs on the base of the inflatable.
Illustration 5: Ensure that the air intake on the inflatable unit is clear of fabric and
other obstructions and that the zipper is fully closed. Some inflatables have more than
one zipper.
Illustration 6: Place Airblown
®
on main base, aligning the feet of the Airblown
®
base
to the coordinating spaces on the main base. Secure using four hand screws.
Illustration 7: Wrap Airblown
®
power cord around the two hooks on top of the main
base to keep clear of rotation. Make sure the Airblown
®
is zipped up. Plug Airblown
®
power cord into main base power cord receptacle to begin inflation.
STEP 5: TETHERS
(Illustration 10: Please note, final tethers should form an upside down “V” shape.)
Illustration 8: Clip two tethers to one of the fabric loops on the Airblown
®
. Repeat on
opposite side of Airblown
®
.
• Use one pair of clipped tethers and lace each end through a corresponding plastic loop
in a tether pole, forming an upside down “V” shape (see Illustration 10). Repeat with the
other pair of clipped tethers.
• Tie each tether to its tether pole, adjusting as needed to ensure the Airblown
®
is vertical
and straight. This may take several adjustments. When complete, each tether should be
taut.
Illustration 9: Wrap excess cord around the tether pole.
STEP 6: SWITCH ON
Press the switch on the main base to the ON position to begin rotation. see Illustration 11.
Rotation begins after three minutes to allow for any final adjustments.
PRO TIP: Before starting STEP 4, make note of where the switch is located
on the main base so you can easily find it when the Airblown
®
is inflated.
NOTE: To prevent power cord damage, the Airblown
®
rotates 350° in one direction
then reverses to rotate 350° in the other direction. Also, if the Airblown
®
encounters an
obstruction, it will rotate the other direction.
