( CUSTOMER) and is not t ransferable.
1.2 No agent , reseller, or business partner of U.S. Robotics Corporat ion ( U.S.
ROBOTI CS) is authorised to m odify t he term s of this Lim it ed Warrant y on behalf of U.
S. ROBOTI CS.
1.3 This Lim it ed Warrant y expressly excludes any product t hat has not been
purchased as new from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its aut horised reseller.
1.4 This Lim it ed Warrant y is only applicable in the count ry or t erritory where t he
product is int ended for use (As indicated by t he Product Model Num ber and any local
telecom m unicat ion approval stickers affixed t o t he product) .
1.5 U.S. ROBOTI CS warrant s t o t he CUSTOMER t hat this product will be free from
defects in workm anship and m at erials, under norm al use and service, for TWO (2)
YEARS from the dat e of purchase from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its authorised reseller.
