After enabling a VPN connection on my computer, I am unable

to connect to local computers on my network in order to

share files or printing capabilities.

Solution:

Local network resources are not always available when connected to some VPN Servers.

This can be configured from one of two places, Client or Server, and may depend on the

corporate policies in place on your VPN server. The best option would be to disable the

VPN connection when you need to access your local network resources. If this is not an

option, you will need to read the documentation for the VPN client you are using. For

any further VPN client questions, contact the system administrator that maintains your

VPN server.
