I f your router is set wit h one of t he following securit y m et hods and encyrpt ion t ypes, all WDS

connect ions to the rout er should use W PA- PSK ( AES) :

❍ W PA2 - PSK ( AES)

❍ W PA- PSK ( AES)

I n bot h of t hese case, the Pa ss phra se ( which is also com m only called a Network key, key, or

Personal shared key) you entered for the wireless securit y on your router will be also used as

the Personal Shared Key (PSK) for WDS connections. However, all wireless clients connecting to

the router should continue to use the sam e securit y m et hod and encryption t ype t hat you

configured on your router.

9. Click Sa ve to apply all your new set tings and reboot the router after you have com plet ed all

your changes.
