U.S. Robotics Corporation Two (2) Year Limited Warranty
1.0 GENERAL TERMS:
1.1 This Lim it ed Warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser
( CUSTOMER) and is not t ransferable.
1.2 No agent , reseller, or business partner of U.S. Robotics Corporation ( U.S.
ROBOTI CS) is aut horised to m odify t he term s of this Lim ited Warranty on behalf of U.S.
ROBOTI CS.
1.3 This Lim it ed Warranty expressly excludes any product that has not been purchased
as new from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its aut horised reseller.
1.4 This Lim it ed Warranty is only applicable in t he count ry or territory where t he
product is int ended for use ( As indicated by t he Product Model Num ber and any local
telecom m unication approval st ickers affixed to t he product ).
1.5 U.S. ROBOTI CS warrant s t o t he CUSTOMER t hat this product will be free from
defect s in workm anship and m at erials, under norm al use and service, for TWO (2)
YEARS from t he dat e of purchase from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its aut horised reseller.
