4.0 WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:
4.1 I n the event U.S. ROBOTI CS Technical Support or it s aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS
Service Centre det erm ines the product or part has a m alfunct ion or failure att ributable
direct ly to fault y workm anship and/ or m aterials; and t he product is wit hin the TWO ( 2)
YEAR warrant y term ; and the CUSTOMER will include a copy of the dat ed Proof of
Purchase ( original purchase receipt from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its aut horised reseller) wit h
the product or part with t he ret urned product or part, t hen U.S. ROBOTI CS will issue
CUSTOMER a Ret urn Material Authorisat ion ( RMA) and inst ruct ions for the ret urn of the
product t o t he authorised U.S. ROBOTI CS Drop Zone.
4.2 Any product or part ret urned t o U.S. ROBOTI CS without an RMA issued by U.S.
ROBOTI CS or its aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS Service Centre will be ret urned.
4.3 CUSTOMER agrees to pay shipping charges to ret urn t he product or part to the
aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS Return Centre; to insure the product or assum e t he risk of
loss or dam age which m ay occur in t ransit ; and to use a shipping cont ainer equivalent
to t he original packaging.
4.4 Responsibilit y for loss or dam age does not t ransfer t o U.S. ROBOTI CS until t he
ret urned product or part is received as an aut horised return at an aut horised U.S.
ROBOTI CS Ret urn Centre.
4.5 Aut horised CUSTOMER ret urns will be unpacked, visually inspected, and m at ched to
the Product Model Num ber and Product Serial Num ber for which the RMA was
aut horised. The enclosed Proof of Purchase will be inspected for dat e of purchase and
place of purchase. U.S. ROBOTI CS m ay deny warrant y service if visual inspection of the
ret urned product or part does not m at ch t he CUSTOMER supplied inform at ion for which
the RMA was issued.
4.6 Once a CUSTOMER ret urn has been unpacked, visually inspect ed, and test ed U.S.
ROBOTI CS will, at it s sole discret ion, repair or replace, using new or reconditioned
product or parts, to what ever extent it deem s necessary to restore the product or part
to operat ing condition.
