GENERAC POWER SYSTEMS "TWO YEAR" LiMiTED WARRANTY
FOR POWER WASHERS
Fora periodof two yearsfromthe dateof originalsale,GeneracPowerSystems,Inc.(Generac)warrantsitsPowerWasherswill befreefrom defectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipfor the itemsandperiodsetforth below.Generacwill, at itsoption,repairorreplaceanypart which, uponexamination,inspectionandtesting
by Generacor a GeneracAuthorizedWarrantyServiceDealer,isfoundto bedefective.Repairor replacementpursuantto this limitedwarrantyshallnot renewor
extendthe originalwarrantyperiod.Anyrepairedproductshallbewarrantedfor the remainingoriginalwarrantyperiodonly. Any equipmentthatthe purchaser/
ownerclaimsto bedefectivemust bereturnedto andexaminedbythe nearestGeneracAuthorizedWarrantyServiceDealer.Alltransportationcostsunderthe
warranty,includingreturnto thefactory,areto be borneandprepaidby the purchaser/owner.Thiswarrantyappliesonlyto GeneracPowerWashersandis not
transferablefrom originalpurchaser.Saveyour proof-of-purchasereceipt.If you donotprovideproofof the initial_urchasedate,the manufacturer'sshippingdate
of theproductwill be usedto determinethewarrantyperiod.

Consumerapplicationsarewarrantedfor two (2) years.

• Engineonly- Majorcomponentsincluding: Block,head,crank,cam, rods andpistons.
NOTE:Forthepurposeofthis warranty"consumeruse" meanspersonalresidentialhouseholdor recreationaluseby originalpurchaser.Any useof the Power
Washerin a commercialor rentalapplicationwill voidthe warranty.

* The customeris responsibleto readandfollow all operatinginstructions.
, Productsthat aredamageddueto improperoperation,will notbe coveredby warranty. Thisincludeswaterpumpcomponentsthatare startedwithoutthe
requiredwaterflow andpressure.
, The customerwill be responsibleto transportthe productto anauthorizedGeneracrepairfacilityfor all WarrantyAll Components.
, Verificationof maintenancemay berequestedfor coverageof WarrantyRepairs.
, WarrantyLaborRatesare basedon normalworking hours.Additionalcosts for overtime,holidayor emergencylaborcosts for repairsoutsidenormalbusiness
hourswill bethe responsibilityof thecustomer.
, WarrantyPartsshipmentcosts are reimbursedat groundshipmentrates.Costsrelatedto requestsfor expeditedshippingwill bethe responsibilityof the
customer.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
• GeneracPowerWashersthat utilizenon-Generacreplacementparts.
• Costsof normalmaintenanceandadjustments.
• Failurescausedby anycontaminatedor improperfuels,oils or lackof properoillevels,or contaminatedwater.
• Repairsor diagnosticsperformedby individualsotherthan Guardian/Generacauthorizeddealersnot authorizedin writingby GeneracPowerSystems.
• Failuresdue, butnot limited,to normalwearandtear,accident,misuse,abuse,negligenceor improperuse.As with allmechanicaldevices,theGenerac
enginesneedperiodicpart(s)serviceandreplacementto performas designed.Thiswarrantywill notcoverrepairwhennormaluse hasexhaustedthelife of a
part(s)or engine.
• Failurescausedby anyact of Godand/orotherforce majeureeventsbeyondthe manufacturer'scontrol.
• Waterfreezingin thepump(watermustbedrainedfromthe pumpatthe endof theseasoninfreezingclimates).
• Damagerelatedto rodentand/orinsectinfestation.
• Productsthat aremodifiedor alteredin a mannernot authorizedby Generacin writing.
• Any incidental,consequentialor indirectdamagescausedby defectsin materialsor workmanship,or anydelayin repairor replacementof thedefectivepart(s).
• Failuredueto misapplication.
• Expensesrelatedto "customerinstruction"ortroubleshootingwherenomanufacturingdefectis found.
• Rentalequipmentusedwhilewarrantyrepairsarebeingperformed.
• Startingbatteries,fuses,filters,light bulbsandenginefluids.
THISWARRANTYISIN PLACEOFALLOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSEDORIMPLIED,SPECIFICALLY,GENERACPOWERSYSTEMSMAKESNOOTHER
WARRANTIESAS TOTHEMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE.Any impliedwarrantieswhichare allowedby law,shallbelimitedin
durationtotheterms oftheexpresswarrantyprovidedherein.Somestatesdo notallowlimitationson how longanimpliedwarrantylasts,so theabovelimitation
maynotapplyto purchaser/owner.
GENERACPOWERSYSTEMSONLYLIABILITYSHALLBETHEREPAIRORREPLACEMENTOFPART(S)ASSTATEDABOVE.INNOEVENTSHALLGENERAC
POWERSYSTEMSBELIABLEFORANYINCIDENTAL,ORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES,EVENIFSUCHDAMAGESAREA DIRECTRESULTOFGENERACPOWER
SYSTEMS,INC.NEGLIGENCE.Somestatesdonot allowtheexclusionor limitationof incidentalor consequentialdamages,sothe abovelimitationsmaynot apply
to purchaser/owner.Purchaser/owneragreesto makenoclaims againstGeneracPowerSystems,Inc. basedon negligence.Thiswarrantygivespurchaser/owner
specificlegalrights.Purchaser/owneralso mayhaveotherrightsthat varyfrom stateto state.
