WARNING WHEN ADDING WARNING DO NOT wear loose clothing, iewelry or anything that may be caught in the starter or other rotating parts. Tie up long hair and remove jewelry. FUEL Turn pressure washer OFF and let it cool at least 2 minutes before removing gas cap. Fill fuel tank outdoors. WARNING DO NOT overfill tank.Allow space for fuel expansion. Keep fuel away from sparks, open flames, pilot lights, heat, and other ignitionsources. DO NOT light a cigarette or smoke.

PREPARING WASHER IMPORTANT: Read entire owner's manual before you attempt to assembleor operate your new pressure washer. REMOVE PRESSURE WASHER FROM CARTON PRESSURE FOR USE If you have any problems with the assembly of your pressure washer or if parts are missing or damaged,calt the pressure washer helpline at 1-800-270-1408. To prepare your pressure washer for operation, you will need to perform these tasks: • Remove the parts bag packed with pressure washer.

Checklist Before Starting • Attach the nozzle extension to the spray gun (Figure I I). Tighten by hand. Engine Review the unit's assembly to confirm you have performed all of the following: • Make sure the handle is in place and secure. • Check that oil has been added to the proper level in the engine crankcase. • Add the proper gasoline to fuel tank. Choose the spray tip you want to use and insert it into the nozzle extension. See "How to Use the SprayTips" on page 10.

Tray The unit is equipped with an accessory tray with places to store your nozzle extension and quick connect spray tips, and slots to hold the cleaning solution bottle and the detergent siphoning fitter.There are also two hooks at the ends of the handle to hold your spray gun and high pressure hose. NOTE: The extra holes in the tray are for storing a brush and a turbo wand.
How _hL to Use the Cleaning SprayTips and Applying Chemical CAUTION! You must attach all hoses before you start the engine. Starting the engine without alt the hoses connected and without the water turned ON witl damage the pump. CAUTION! NEVER spray tips without lockingthe safety latch exchange on the trigger. The quick-connect on the nozzle extension allows you to switch between five different spray tips.The spray tips vary the spray pattern as shown below (Figure 17).

CAUTION! Keep the chemical injection tube from coming in contact with the hot muffler. • Remove the black chemical spray tip from the nozzle extension. • Make sure the black spray tip is installed. NOTE: Detergent cannot be applied with the high pressure spray tips (White, Green,Yellow, or Red).

Check Gun and Nozzle Extension To remove contaminants these steps: Examine the hose connection to the spray gun and make sure it is secure.Test the trigger by pressing it and making sure it "springs back" into place when you release it. Put the safety latch in the ON position and test the trigger.You should not be able to press the trigger. Check In-Line • Start the engine according to instructionsin "To Start Your PressureWasher". Filter • Remove nozzleextension from spraygun.
6. Reinstall the spray tip and in-line filter into the nozzle extension. 7. Reconnect the nozzle extension to the spray gun. 8. Reconnect the water supply,turn on the water, and start the engine. 9. Test the pressure washer by operating with each of the Quick Connect spray tips. O-Ring Maintenance • Use a small flathead screwdriver o-ring and pry it off. ENGINE to get underneath 5. TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Pump has following problems: failure to produce pressure, erratic pressure, chattering, loss of pressure, low water volume. Detergent fails to mix with spray.
