Install the bag hanger E onto the drum as shown in F.

STEP 5 - ATTACH THE BAG HANGER TO THE DRUM

– MODEL 10-105 M1 only

Use a belt clamp to attach the collector bag to the

lower portion of the drum.

Note: Before tightening the clamp make sure the metal

strap is sitting in the groove on the lower portion of the

drum to create an airtight seal between the drum and the

bag.

STEP 9 - INSTALL THE COLLECTOR BAG ON THE DRUM

If you have model 10-105CF M1 (with canister filter) skip

ahead to step #11.

Slip the second belt clamp through the opening in

the filter bag until it comes out through the hole at the

other end

I, then use the belt clamp to attach the filter

bag to the upper portion of the drum J.

Note: Before tightening the clamp make sure the metal

strap is sitting in the groove on the upper portion of the

drum to create an airtight seal between the drum and the

bag.

STEP 7 - ATTACH THE HOSE INLET

Fit the hose inlet (“Y” fitting) on the fan/motor assembly

as shown and secure it in place with the supplied phil-

lips head screw.

STEP 6 - ATTACH THE GASKET AND DUST OUTLET TO FAN/

MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Place the gasket on top of the fan/motor assembly, G,

then place the dust outlet on the gasket and secure in

place using 8 bolts, H.

Note: Do not overtighten the bolts or the threaded holes

in the base will strip and/or the gasket will squeeze out

and the outlet will crack.

Using the supplied hose clamps G, attach one end of

the hose to the drum and the other end to the inlet on

the fan/motor assembly as shown in H.

STEP 8 - ATTACH THE HOSE TO FAN/MOTOR ASSEMBLY& DRUM

STEP 10 -INSTALL THE FILTER BAG ON THE DRUM - #10-105 M1 only
