The Clear Control options :
CLEAR PROGRAM CHANGE (F1): cancels program
change data generated by changing Sound dur-
ing the recording.
CLEAR VOLUME (F2): cancels volume data gen-
erated by the sliders.
CLEAR PITCH (F3): cancels Pitch Bend events
generated by the Trackball.
CLEAR MOD (F4): cancels Modulation events
generated by the Trackball.
CLEAR PAN (F5): cancels Pan events.
CLEAR EXPRESSION (F6): cancels expression
events generated by the Volume pedal when set
for section volume control.
• CLEAR EFFECT [REVERB/EFFECTS] (F7): cancels
DSP effect events generated by selecting the ef-
fects during the recording.
• CLEAR DAMPER (F8): cancels Damper events
generated by the Damper pedal.
CLEAR TEMPO (F4)
The Clear Tempo option is common to all three
record modes.
Press TEMPO to cancel Tempo data generated
by rotating the Dial during the recording. These
events are captured when the Tempo Rec func-
tion is active in the Master Track.

Press ENTER to confirm, or Escape to cancel the
operation and retain the Tempo data.
CLEAR COMMON (F5)
The Clear Common option is common to all three
record modes.
Press COMMON to cancel events generated by
panel interventions while recording. The
CHORD/COMMON button must be selected in
Record mode for Common events to be record-
ed.

Are you sure? Press [ENT] or [ESC]
Press ENTER to confirm, or Escape to cancel the
operation and retain the Common events.
ERASE NOTE (F8)
The Erase Note option is common to all three
record modes.
Press ERASE to cancel note information from a
track. In the case of User Styles, Erase Note is
more specific and allows you to erase notes from
a single track of a Riff of the current Variation.
This function cancels single notes at precise
points of the recording.
Pressing ERASE opens a display where you can
select the track.
