Description:
GenTite All Purpose Sealant is a one-part polyurethane moisture-curing sealant. It can be used as and
exterior sealant on termination bars or used to caulk sheet metal, masonry, concrete block or as a
fastener sealer over fastener heads. This product is NOT intended to be used as an edge caulk.
Installation:
Refer to current GenTite Application Instructions for additional application instructions.
1. Apply All Purpose Sealant only on clean, dry surfaces. Surfaces onto which the sealant is used shall
be free from loose concrete, stone, mortar, foreign materials, and other contaminants.
2. Use All Purpose Sealant to assure watertight seal between the Termination Bar and parapet wall.
3. Apply sealant into the reservoir channel creating a 100% seal between the termination bar and the
wall.
4. All Purpose Sealant can be applied directly from the cartridge using a standard hand gun.
5. Apply All Purpose Sealant to substrates above 40 ºF (4 ºC).
CleanUp:
Use mineral spirits or GenTite Seam Cleaner while material is fresh. After All Purpose Sealant cures, it
can be removed by abrasion or mechanical means.

Coverage Rate: A 300 ml (10 oz.) cartridge seals 24 linear feet in a ¼” x ¼” joint.
Storage:
Store indoors in original unopened containers at a temperature between 60 ºF and 80 ºF (16 ºC and 27
ºC) for maximum shelf life. Do not store on roof in direct sunlight. When exposed to lower temperatures,
restore to room temperature prior to use.
ShelfLife:
12 months; shelf life will be shortened if exposed to elevated temperatures.

