Mounting with screws and anchors:
1. Open dispenser and remove refillable bottle.
2. Using the dispenser as a template, mark hole
locations on wall.
(see figure 4)
3. Drill 1/8” diameter holes for anchors and screws
or other hardware. Attach dispenser to wall with
appropriate hardware.
4. Replace refillable bottle and close dispenser.

Open dispenser using key.
2. Remove cap from bottle and fill with soap to fill line. (Foam soap valve is clear
and liquid/lotion soap valve is blue.) For convenience,
bottle can be filled in
dispenser or removed prior to filling.
3. Replace cap and close dispenser.
DISCLAIMER: Not responsible for soap use that results in ineffective dispenser operation
or clogging of soap dispensers. Soap containing any type of scrubbers will cause the dis-
penser to leak or eventually fail. Use foam soap only for foam soap dispenser and liquid
soap only for liquid soap dispensers.
Mounting with double-sided tape:
1. Thoroughly clean wall surface, wipe with included
wipe and let dry completely. For silicone build-up, use
a pumice-type cleaner or grout cleaner to clean the
surface.

Peel off paper from back of tape (supplied). Press
dispenser firmly to the wall and hold for at least 30
seconds to make sure tape has completely adhered to
the wall (see figure 3).
Mounting Instructions:
Use included TAPE on glazed tile, painted metal or unpainted metal walls.
Tape will not perform satisfactorily if wall surface is porous like brick or wood.
On all other wall surfaces, use included SCREWS AND ANCHORS or other
appropriate hardware based on surface type.
Locate dispenser above a sink or counter. Recommend never locating where
spillage can fall on floor creating hazardous condition.
Installer will be held responsible for proper installation.
To be in compliance with ADA regulations, the dispenser should be mounted no
more than 48” from the ground.
Maintenance Instructions:
It is important to clean and maintain dispenser on a regular, scheduled basis.
Failure to do so can result in dispenser malfunction.
Open dispenser using key (permanent or reusable) and remove refillable bottle
(see figure 5.a).
Flush bottle and pump mechanism thoroughly with warm water
to remove residue and contaminates. Refill and replace bottle. Close dispenser
(see figure 5.b)

Cleaning all touch-points on dispenser with a disinfectant should be part of a
regular cleaning schedule.
Periodically give the dispenser an overall cleaning. All internal and external
parts should be cleaned thoroughly.
Filling Instructions:
CAUTION: For dispenser to work properly, use foam soap only for foaming
soap dispensers and lotion soap only for lotion soap dispensers. Handles
most foam soaps from 0-14 centipose (cps).

3. Wait 24 hours before filling with soap to ensure that the tape has completely
adhered to the wall before adding weight.

Included:
Dispenser, refillable bottle and valve, double-sided tape (attached
to dispenser), alcohol wipe, 4 (four) screws and anchors, perma-
nent key and removable key. Replacement parts are available as
labeled. Please specify color when ordering parts.
Opening the Dispenser:
There are two types of keys, one removable and one permanent. Once the
permanent key is inserted, it cannot be removed from the dispenser.
1. To open the dispenser cover, insert key into slots
between wall and back plate at the bottom of the
dispenser
