Use a fork inserted into the center of the food to test for doneness. (Be careful not to tough the grilling plate.) If the food needs longer cooking, check periodically to avoid overcooking the food.

9. Appuyer sur l’interrupteur marche/arrêt (I/O) pour arrêter le gril. Important : Les éléments chauffants demeureront en MARCHE (I) jusqu’à ce que l’interrupteur marche/arrêt (I/O) soit enfoncé ou que l’appareil soit débranché. 10. Laisser refroidir le liquide dans le plateau d’égouttage avant de retirer le plateau d’égouttage de sous le gril. Laver et sécher le plateau d’égouttage après chaque utilisation.
Remarque : Pour assurer la cuisson complète des aliments, le Department of Agriculture des États Unis recommande que la viande et la volaille soient cuites aux températures internes suivantes. Utiliser une minuterie. Pour s’assurer que la viande est bien cuite, utiliser un thermomètre à cuisson et l’insérer au centre du morceau de viande, en s’assurant qu’il ne touche pas l’os ni les plaques du gril.
