13.3.3 Step 3: Configuring a Channel
2. To configure the channel, select the Lane 1 tab. This dialog box appears.

3. Select Enable.
4. Select a Playback Camera. The playback camera needs to be connected to a
GV-System and the GV-System needs to be added to the camera list. You can select an
event in the monitoring window, and GV-ASManager will play back the camera view
recorded at the time of the event. Refer to Retrieving Recording Video in Chapter 5 for
details.
5. Select up to six Overview Cameras to capture the overall appearance of the vehicle. The
overview camera must be connected to a GV-System and the GV-System needs to be
added to the camera list:
a. Right-click the GV-System in the Camera List and select Settings.
b. Click the Add button and select Add DVR Mapping.
c. Type the connection information of the overview camera and click OK.
6. Next to Drive Direction, select Incoming to designate an LPR lane as the entrance of
the parking lot or select Outgoing to set the lane as the exit of the parking lot
7. Click OK to apply the settings.
