Installing the Target Vandal Proof IP Dome

2. Open the camera housing cover, remove the back plate and thread the cables into the
camera. See steps 1 to 6 in Installation, Target Vandal Proof IP Dome Chapter, GV-
IPCam H.264 Hardware Manual - EVD on the software DVD.
3. Align and secure the back plate with the L-shaped mount with four M5 screws
(GVMount900, No. 5). Use the holes labeled as VD.
4. Secure the camera to the back plate with the supplied torx wrench.
5. Refer to the indicated sections of the manuals on the software DVD:
A. Connect the camera to power and network. See Connecting the Camera, Target
Vandal Proof IP Dome Chapter, GV-IPCam H.264 Hardware Manual - EVD.
B. Access the live view. See Accessing the Live View, Getting Started Chapter, GV-
IPCam H.264 Firmware Manual.
C. Based on the live view, adjust the pan and tilt angles and secure the housing cover.
