[DDNS]
DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) provides a convenient way of accessing the
GV-SNVR when using a dynamic IP address. DDNS assigns a domain name to the
GV-SNVR, so you do not need to go through the trouble of checking if the IP address
assigned by DHCP Server or ISP (in xDSL connection) has changed. Before enabling the
following DDNS function, you should have applied for a Host Name from the DDNS service
provider’s website. The provider is GeoVision DDNS Server,

To enable the DDNS function, click the Enable box, type the hostname and password you
have registered with GeoVision DDNS Server and click Apply.
